At the end of the 80s, when I was still a student, I carried out my first canvassing campaign to find sponsors for my sporting season.
The result was improbable: I had spent everything without getting anything back. Even my savings account was gone!
In short, my fastest season ever…

The lesson was clear, it made me discover the 3 relentless questions to face with each project:

• Why should I do it?
• What’s in it for me?
• Why should I trust you?

Today, I still answer these 3 questions every day, but I’ve learned to do so, with a lot of hard work, in my commercial and project management roles.

At the same time, and initiated a little by chance, discussion and swimming sessions in pairs are becoming a real aid to reflection and decision-making.

In 2021, 30 years and a few missions later, I created 1000 STEPPES to support other organisations.
